4. AUTOMATIC Recurring Billing
As determined by the Customer's choice when signing up for the site, subscription fees are to be automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time. You may cancel at any time by sending us a message using the contact page prior to the date of rebilling. If a one-time fee is selected by the customer, payments are billed only once.

Unless and until this agreement is canceled in accordance with the terms hereof, Subscriber hereby authorizes EscortSet.com LLC to charge subscriber's credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of membership. Membership is on a monthly basis, and your card will continue to be charged once per month until you cancel.

5. Cancellation
At any time, and without cause, subscription to the Service may be terminated by EscortSet.com LLC upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone or fax. When the member requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. Should you choose to cancel your membership, please contact us stating you would like to cancel, including your username, password, email address used when signing up, and your first and last name used when signing up for the service.

6. Refunds
We take your business very seriously and appreciate it. If you purchase something here and use the website or receive the product you purchased, the sale is final. If you have extenuating circumstances please contact us.

7. Bookmarking
Subscriber agrees that at any time they will not bookmark any page to the site that will allow the subscriber to bypass the terms and conditions of the site upon entering. 8. Authorization of Use

Subscribers may not under any circumstances release their UserId to any other person, and are required to keep his or her UserId strictly confidential. / EscortSet.com LLC will not release passwords for any reason, to anyone other than the Subscriber, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Site is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law. 10. Subscriber Responsibility for User ID
If any breach of security, theft or loss of UserId, or unauthorized disclosure of UserId occurs, subscriber must immediately notify / EscortSet.com LLC of said security breach. Subscriber will remain liable for unauthorized use of service until / EscortSet.com LLC or the Site is notified of the security breach by email.

11. Supplementary Terms and conditions

12. Severability
